Hello, Kitty

Hello, friends!  Welcome to another Cards in Envy challenge.  This week our challenge is to create a card using elements made from punches or die cuts. 

Here is what I used:

  • Cricut Cartridge:  Hello Kitty Greetings
  • Designer Paper:  Recollections
  • Embossing:  the Paper Studio "Tiny Stars" folder
  • Punch:  EK Success cloud punch
  • Accents:  Flock

A2 sized card = 5.5" x 4.25"

Card Recipe:
  • Mat 1 (blue) = 5 3/8" x 4 1/8".
  • Mat 2 (white) = 5.25" x 4".  Mat embossed with the Paper Studio "Tiny Stars" folder.
  • Mat 3 (blue border) = 2 5/8" x 4 5/8".
  • Mat 4 (blue polka dot border) = 2.5" x 4.5".

Fluffy clouds created using flock
  • Hello Kitty in Airplane = cut at 2" from Cricut Hello Kitty Greetings cartridge; [HK16] found on page 65 of the folder.  Image is mounted with foam tape.
  • Clouds = made with EK Success punch.  "Fluffy-ness" was created by using flock.

Inside of Card:
  • Mat 1 (pink chevron) = 5" x 3.75".
  • Mat 2 (white) = 4.75" x 3.5".

  2. My girls love this card! (they are sitting with me, looking a "pictures" on the "puter") I was informed that I NEED this cartridge, lol Unfortunately I don't have the mula to get it, lol!
