Operation Write Home VCMP - Hop #3

Create a Romantic card using an OWH tutorial.  I used the Dimensional Lattice Tutorial.  My card uses Cricut cartridges Imagine Better Together and Elegant Edges.  Card was designed using the Cricut Craft Room (CCR).

A2 sized card = 5.5" x 4.25"

Card Recipe:
• Mat 1 (white background) = 5.25" x 4".  Embossed using Cuttlebug Heart Blocks folder.
• Mat 2 (white border with sentiment) = 4" x 1". 
• Love Birds = cut at 3.5" from Cricut Imagine Better Together cartridge. 
• Window (cut 2) = cut image and frame at 3.5" using Cricut Elegant Edges found on page 52 of the folder. Create lattice using white twine between the two frames. Clear film cut and used between two frames to make a "glass window". Frames are mounted with foam tape.
• Sentiment "My love" = from CardzTV "Hugs and Kisses" stamp set.
• Hearts = from Martha Stewart punch.

A2 sized card:  5.5" x 4.25"

Mat 1 (beige star pattern) = 5.25" x 4".   Paper colors from Cricut Imagine "Better Together."

Mat 2 & Mat 3 (pink pattern) = 5.25" x .5".  Paper colors from Cricut Imagine "Better Together."

Mat 4 & Mat 5 (red and white sentiment mats) = cut at 3.5" from Cricut Imagine "Better Together" cartridge.

Birds and Heart = cut at 2.5" from Cricut Imagine "Better Together" cartridge.  Bird and heart images are attached with foam tape.

Sentiment "You & Me" = from CardzTV "Hugs and Kisses" stamp set.

All paper edges inked with Tim Holtz Tea Dye Distress Ink. 

Turquoise half pearls on bottom are from Viva Decor Pen.

A2 sized card made using OWH Sketch #142.

Mat 1 (beige pattern) = 5.25" x 4".  Colors from Cricut Imagine Better Together.

Mat 2 (left-most banner) = 5.25" x 1.5".  Colors from Cricut Imagine Better Together.
Mat 3 (center banner) = 3.5" x 1.5".  Colors from Cricut Imagine Better Together.
Mat 4 (right-most banner) = 4.25" x 1.5".  Colors from Cricut Imagine Better Together.

Mat 5 (blue pattern shadow under sentiment) = cut at 2.5" from Cricut Elegant Edges cartridge; Shadow-s <Flower2>, page 59 of folder.  Colors from Cricut Imagine Better Together.

Mat 6 (light beige solid under sentiment) = cut at 2.5 from Cricut Elegant Edges cartridge; Oblong-s <Flower2>, page 59 of folder.  Colors from Cricut Imagine Better Together.

Sentiment = "This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.  Psalm 118:24" = from CardzTV "Rejoice" stamp set.

Accents = Sentiment mat mounted using foam tape.  Edges of all mats inked with Tim Holtz Tea Dye distress ink.   Three clear gems at top of mats are from Offay.

Whooo Loves You?

A2 sized card.  Paper colors all from Better Together Cricut Imagine.

Pattern Mat 1 (blue polka dots) = 4" x 5.25"
Pattern Mat 2 (red pattern) = 3.25" x 4.25"
Pattern Mat 3 (gray and light blue diamonds) = 3" x 4.25"

Owl = Create a Critter Cricut cartridge, cut at 3" and mounted on foam tape.  <Owl> on page 25 of cartidge folder.  Beak and feet have Stickles "Diamond" added.  Owl is perched on a ribbon branch.

Sentiment = stamped from My Pink Stamper "Punny-licious" set.  Sentiment mounted on gray and light blue diamond pattern that was hand cut to fit.  A red pattern card stock was added under sentiment, also cut to fit.  Sentiment has red twine glued around it and is it mounted on foam tape. 

Ribbon and Liquid Pearls added to make sentiment look like a hanging sign.  Bow created using Bow Easy.
