Card Recipe:
- Mat 1 (green) = 5 3/8" x 4 1/8"
- Mat 2 (light green pattern) = 5.25" x 4"
- Mat 3 (redish pattern) = 2" x 4"
- Happy = cut at 2.5" from Cricut Tear Drop cartridge; [happy] found on page 125 of the folder. White gel pen used for faux stitching. Stickles used on balloon.
- Birthday = cut at 1.5" from Cricut Tear Drop cartridge; [birthday] found on page 126 of the folder. Stickles used on lettering. Balloon portion cut off.
- Corner = hand cut from scraps. Liquid Pearls used along the edge.
- Felt Border = from Michaels.
- Bottom Accent = three dots from Liquid Pearls.
