Just Purple

Hello, Friends!



The newest challenge at Cards in Envy is Just Purple.  We are making cards that use mostly purple.



Here's mine:

A2 sized card = 5.5" x 4.25"

The hedgehogs are stamps from Lawn Fawn (you didn't know hedgehogs were sometimes green and sometimes purple?).  I colored them using colored pencils.  The flowers and small ant are from the Silhouette store.

The sentiment "If friends were flowers, I'd pick you" was computer generated and sized as needed to fit my card.

Beautiful Butterflies

Hello, Friends!



The newest challenge at Cards in Envy is Beautiful Butterflies.  We are making cards that feature one or more butterflies.



Here's mine:

A2 sized card = 5.5" x 4.25"



The butterfly image is from the Silhouette store.  I made two different sizes and color-filled them within the Silhouette program.  The larger butterflies were cut twice and stacked to give a depth perception. 


The sentiment "all things grow with love" was computer generated and sized as needed to fit my card.

Tickled Pink

Hello, Friends!

The newest challenge at Cards in Envy is Tickled Pink.  We can use any theme as long as the card features pink.

Here's mine:

A2 sized card = 5.5" x 4.25"

I used digital paper for my fence background.  The grass is an image from the Silhouette store that I flooded with grass color.  The outline of the grass was done with colored pencil.  The pink flower is also from the Silhouette store and is popped with foam tape.  The flower stem was hand drawn with a pink colored pencil.
