The newest challenge at Cards in Envy is Gratitude.  Create an A2 sized card that can be used as a Thank You or Thanksgiving Card.

Baptism Card

Hello, Friends!

Next Sunday my granddaughter will be baptized.  Here's a thank you card for our Catholic priest.

Here is the sketch and measurements I used:

This card was created using digital designer paper and images that was purchased from Etsy.  I love that I can re-create this card as many times as I wish without the worry of not finding the exact paper again.

Spring Is In The Air

Spring is in the air!  At least it is where I live.  Temperatures were in the low 70s and sunny.  Love this weather especially after all the snow we had just last week.

The Cards in Envy designers are challenging everyone to make a Spring card:  flowers, Easter, Spring colors.  Here is my card:

I went with Spring colors, some flowers and a butterfly.  The butterfly stamp and sentiment are both from Technique Tuesday.

Ladybug With A Bow

The new challenge at Cards in Envy is Anything with a bow.  I made a ladybug card and added a twine bow around her neck.

A2 sized card = 5.5" x 4.25"

The ladybug design is from the Silhouette store.  After assembly, I mounted her with foam tape.  The text is computer generated.  The banner is also mounted with foam tape.

And, once you have the ladybug done, you can easily add a duplicate of her for the inside.

Puppy Love

And they call it Puppy Love . . . Remember that song?  It's stuck in my head now.

The new challenge at Cards in Envy is Puppy Love.  Create a card with a puppy on it.  Here's mine:

A2 sized card = 5.5" x 4.25"

The puppy design is from the Silhouette store #44321.  After assembly, I mounted him with foam tape.  The heart is also mounted with foam tape.  Sentiment was computer generated using the Heartbreaker font.

And, once you have the puppy done, you can easily add a duplicate of him for the inside.

Hearts All A Flutter

Hello, Friends!  Marilyn here with my entry for Cards in Envy's "Hearts All A Flutter" challenge.

Here's my card:

My designer paper is from MME "Up & Away" 6" x 6" pack.
The kite and interlocking heart images were purchased from the Silhouette store.  Wink of Stella was added to the kite's bow as well as the blue dots on the heart and the three blue hearts at the bottom.

The blue hearts are from a Martha Stewart punch.
