Here's my card:

A2 sized card = 5.5" x 4.25"

I used the digital paper found on Etsy.  The sentiment is computer generated and sized to fit my card.  The tea pot and tea cups are from the Silhouette Store.

Inside view of card.  To create, I just made rectangles and pattern-filled with the digital paper.  The inside flowers was copied from the front of the card and sized to fit.  The outer (larger) rectangle is sized to 5" x 3.75".
