Mat 2 (blue) = 5" x 3.75".

Mat 3 (scallop polka dots) = 1.25" x 4".  Paper from October Afternoon "Bake the Cookies".  Scallop edge created using EK Success Punch.

Bear and Outfit = cut at 3" from Teddy Bear Parade Cricut Lite cartridge; <Prince>.  Bear mounted with foam tape.

Stickles added to image.

Ribbon = from Michaels, bow tied using Bow Easy.

 

Small buttons added to corners of card.

Sentiment = CardzTV stamp set "Beary Sweet."  Mat under sentiment cut to sentiment size.
