Mat 1 (white) = 5.25" x 4". Card stock was embossed using Cuttlebug Heart Blocks folder.
Envelope = cut a heart at 2.5". Fold heart top down at 1/3 of the way. Turn over and fold sides in to center. Heart was cut from basic images on my Imagine. Attached to card using double layer of foam tape.
Small Hearts = from Martha Stewart punch.
Lace Border = from Martha Stewart punch.
Mat 2 (pink) under sentiment = hand cut to size of sentiment.
Sentiment "I {heart} U!" = from Cardztv "Hugs and Kisses" stamp set.
Accent = Viva Decor Pen (Cream) in center of bottom three hearts and also on centers of lace border.
