Dimensional Ruffle Card

Mat 1 (light green) = 5.25" x 4"

Ruffle layers = cut several 1.75" x 4" strips.  Border punch strip - I used a scallop punch.   Ink all edges.   Top strip is not punched.  

Attach bottom strip with ATG.   Add each layer on top with foam tape on punched side and ATG tape on other side.  I used 5 border punched strips.

Buttons were created using Martha Stewart punch.  Twine added to each for "button thread".   Buttons attached using hot glue gun.

Ribbon from Michaels.  Bow created using Bow Easy and attached with hot glue gun.

Inside of card.

Mat 1 (pink) = 5" x 3.75"
Mat 2 (white) = 4.75" x 3.5", border punched with same punch as front of card.

Buttons = created using Martha Stewart punch.
