Large blue circles for flower = punch with 1.5" circle punch (punch 5). Circles are embossed with Cuttlebug "Mesa" folder, overlapped and glued to each other. Top and edges are inked with Tim Holtz Blue Jean distress ink.
Polka Dot circles = punch with 1" circle punch (punch 4). Edges are inked with Tim Holtz Blue Jean distress ink.
Small blue circles = punch with .75" circle punch (punch 4). Edges are inked with Tim Holtz Blue Jean distress ink.
Faces on blue circles = stamp from Peachy Keen PK-757 Wide-Eyed and Bushy Tailed Face Assortment at 3/8" size. Faces are accented with a white gel pen.
Large flower and two of the smaller circles are mounted on a single layer of foam tape. One smaller circle is mounted with two layers of foam tape.
